If merchant using Square loyalty, yes it will.
2. Can Merchant see any widget kind of thing on Square POS?
No. Square doesn't support showing custom third party widgets in the POS.
3. Will Square customers be visible in 99minds Customer section with all points, GC and recent history?
Yes
4. Do I need to use both Square Loyalty and 99minds, or can I just use 99minds and apply the same points structure for redemption, which would require using GC or SC?
Yes. either it has to be both Square and 99minds loyalty (which is recommended) or merchant can use 99minds only with GC/SC as redemption options.
5. How about the Loyal customers on Square already present, Do we import all of them with existing point balance ?
Yes. It will be imported upon install.
6. Can we enable the Loyalty Opt in feature for the Square POS customers, and will there be any Pop up on the POS to enable the sign up for loyalty asking customer consent?
Square POS doesn't support custom widget, so it's not possible. However, merchant can enable the opt-in feature for Shopify or any other online store.
