This article will explain the detailed steps to install and configure Vend within 99minds.
Within Vend -
Go to Catalogue > Gift Cards and turn on the toggle to Enable Gift Cards
Within 99minds -
Go to Integrations > Vend. Click Connect.
On the Vend screen, sign in with your store name. Click Next.
Click Connect to connect 99minds with Vend. This will allow 99minds to act as an administrator user, access and edit sales history, products, customers and users. Click Connect.
The app will be installed and the store is connected successfully to 99minds
On the Vend login screen, enter your credentials and click Sign In to log in to your Vend store
On the Vend Dashboard, make sure you disable the BigCommerce Gift Card feature from the BigCommerce integration. Go to Setup > Add-ons.
Click the pencil icon next to BigCommerce. Uncheck the check box under Redeem Gift Certificates In-Store.
Click Save
You have now successfully connected your Vend store to 99minds. Make sure to Enable the integration. Only when the integration is enabled, new gift cards can be purchased.
Note: Lightspeed X-Series (Vend) Plan Requirement.
For merchants using Lightspeed Retail X-Series, the Loyalty Widget is only supported on the Plus plan and above.
If you are on a plan below Plus, the Loyalty Widget will not be available or functional in your POS.
