Step 1: Access the Dashboard and Open the Workflows Section
Ensure you are logged into 99mind and are on the dashboard screen.
From the dashboard, go to the Workflow tab.
Click All Workflows and then choose Create Workflows from scratch.
You will now be on the Create Workflows screen.
Step 2: Create a Custom Workflow for Membership Change
On the Create Workflows screen, click Create Custom Workflow.
Next, click Select Trigger to choose what event should start this workflow.
From the list of available triggers, select Membership Change.
Step 3: Add an Action for the Membership Change Trigger
After selecting the Membership Change trigger, configure the action to be performed.
For this example, choose the Issue Loyalty Points action.
Set the reward to fixed 100 points.
Once configured, click Save Workflow to proceed.
Provide a clear title such as Issue Loyalty Points for Membership Change, then click Save.
Close the workflow configuration window.
You can now verify on the listing page that the Membership Change workflow trigger has been created.
Step 4: Create a Custom Workflow for Membership Enroll
To set up a similar workflow for new membership enrollments, again choose to Create Workflow from the Custom tab.
Click Select Trigger.
From the list of triggers, select Membership Enroll.
Step 5: Add an Action for the Membership Enroll Trigger
After selecting the Membership Enroll trigger, add the desired action.
In this example, select the Gift Card action.
Choose the required campaign.
Set the amount to $20.
Click Save Workflow to save the configuration.
Provide a descriptive title such as Issue Gift Card for Membership Enroll, then click Save.
Step 6: Verify the Configured Membership Workflows
On the 99mind workflow listing page, confirm that both workflows are present:
Membership Enroll (issuing a gift card)
Membership Change (issuing loyalty points)
With these workflows active, whenever a user enrolls in a membership, a gift card will be issued, and whenever a user’s membership changes, loyalty points will be issued. This is how rewards are configured in the Workflow tab for the Membership Enroll and Membership Change triggers.
