1. Introduction
This overview highlights how to create SMS and email flows to automate customer communications effectively.
2. Access Flow Section
This is the Klaviyo dashboard. On the left side, we have the flow section, this is the flows.
3. Select Membership Issued Flow
We can see in the flow section the "99minds Membership Issued" flow.
4. Open Flow Options
Click the flow options to view available flows such as Cancelled Order, Fulfilled Order, Ordered Product, Placed Order, Refunded Order, Started Checkout, API, Coupon Issued, Giftcard Expiration Reminder, Giftcard Issued, and more.
5. Review Flow Options
Review the list of flows including Cancelled Order, Fulfilled Order, Ordered Product, Placed Order, Refunded Order, Started Checkout, API, Coupon Issued, Giftcard Expiration Reminder, Giftcard Issued, and others.
6. Explore Flow Options
Explore the flow options available for different triggers and actions including various order and coupon events.
7. Navigate to Create Flow
Click the Flows Options Create flow to start building a new flow.
8. Initiate Flow Creation
Click Create flow to begin setting up a new automated flow.
9. Choose Build Your Own
Click Build your own to create a custom flow from scratch.
10. Select Flow Name Field
Click the Name field to enter a name for your new flow.
11. Enter Flow Name
Enter your flow name here, for example, Partner Gift card issue.
12. Access Flow Builder
Click Go to the builder and manually create a trigger and flow actions.
13. Open Metrics Section
Click Your metrics to view available metrics for flow triggers.
14. Select API Metrics
Click API to access API-related metrics for flow configuration.
15. View Integration Metrics
Click Your integrations API Integration Metrics Integration Metrics including Coupon Issued, Giftcard Expiration Reminder, Giftcard Issued, Giftcard Redeemed, Giftcard Refunded, and more.
16. Select Partner Giftcard Issued
Click 99minds Partner Giftcard Issued to set this as the flow trigger.
17. Save Flow Trigger
Click Save to store the selected trigger for the flow.
18. Confirm and Save Flow
Click Confirm and save to finalize the trigger selection.
19. Choose Text Message Action
Click Text message to add an SMS action to the flow.
20. Select SMS Name Field
Click SMS name to enter a name for the SMS message.
21. Enter SMS Name
Enter the SMS name, for example, 99minds partner gift card issue.
22. Access Additional Settings
Click here to access additional SMS settings.
23. Enable Smart Sending
Fill on to keep the smart sending off. It will reject the SMS to the same user.
24. Access More Settings
Click here to access further configuration options.
25. Confirm Smart Sending Setting
Fill on to keep smart sending off to prevent duplicate messages.
26. Edit Message Content
Click Edit to modify the SMS message content.
27. Select Gift Card Issue Template
Click 99minds Gift Card Issue to open the message template.
28. View Message Template
Click the message template showing your gift card details with placeholders for card number, store name, currency, and amount.
29. Edit Message Template
Click Edit to make changes to the message template.
30. Remove Transactional Status
Click Action required to edit message. Transactional status must be removed to edit this message. Resubmit it for review by selecting Apply for transactional status, Cancel, or Remove transactional status.
31. Reopen Message Template
Click the gift card message template again to continue editing.
32. Access Message Template
Click the gift card message template to view or edit content.
33. Open Message Content
Click here to access the message content for editing.
34. Preview and Test Message
Click Preview & test to see how the message will appear and to test sending.
35. Select Saved Template
Click Saved Default 1 to choose a saved message template for testing.
36. Complete Message Editing
Click Done to finish editing the message content.
37. Exit Message Editor
Click Exit to leave the message editor and return to the flow builder.
38. Access Flow Details
Click here to access flow details for further configuration.
39. Edit Flow Details
Click Edit Details to modify flow settings.
40. Update Flow Settings
Click Update flow to save changes made to the flow.
41. Select Flow for Review
Click Partner Gift card issue to view or edit this specific flow.
42. Open Flow Status
Click Status to check or change the flow's current status.
43. Exit Flow Builder
Click Exit to leave the flow builder interface.
44. Click "Exit"
