How to Set Up SMS and Email Flows in Klaviyo

This demo showcases how to set up an automated SMS and email flow in Klaviyo using the 99minds integration.

2. Access Flow Section

This is the Klaviyo dashboard. On the left side, we have the flow section, this is the flows.

3. Select Membership Issued Flow

We can see in the flow section the "99minds Membership Issued" flow.

4. Open Flow Options

Click the flow options to view available flows such as Cancelled Order, Fulfilled Order, Ordered Product, Placed Order, Refunded Order, Started Checkout, API, Coupon Issued, Giftcard Expiration Reminder, Giftcard Issued, and more.

5. Review Flow Options

Review the list of flows including Cancelled Order, Fulfilled Order, Ordered Product, Placed Order, Refunded Order, Started Checkout, API, Coupon Issued, Giftcard Expiration Reminder, Giftcard Issued, and others.

7. Navigate to Create Flow

Click the Flows Options Create flow to start building a new flow.

Click Build your own to create a custom flow from scratch.

Click the Name field to enter a name for your new flow.

Click Go to the builder and manually create a trigger and flow actions.

Click Your metrics to view available metrics for flow triggers.

Click 99minds Partner Giftcard Issued to set this as the flow trigger.

17. Save Flow Trigger

Click Save to store the selected trigger for the flow.

Click Confirm and save to finalize the trigger selection.

19. Choose Text Message Action

Click Text message to add an SMS action to the flow.

Click SMS name to enter a name for the SMS message.

Fill on to keep the smart sending off. It will reject the SMS to the same user.

26. Edit Message Content

Click Edit to modify the SMS message content.

28. View Message Template

Click the message template showing your gift card details with placeholders for card number, store name, currency, and amount.

30. Remove Transactional Status

Click Action required to edit message. Transactional status must be removed to edit this message. Resubmit it for review by selecting Apply for transactional status, Cancel, or Remove transactional status.
