Customers can use Klaviyo to send 99minds transaction emails. Every time a gift card is purchased, gifted or redeemed, an event will be triggered from 99minds to Klaviyo that can be used within the flows to send emails to users.
Below are the list of events triggered by 99minds to Klaviyo -

To send an email for every triggered event, the first step is to Create a Flow within Klaviyo.
How to Create a Flow within Klaviyo to send Transactional Emails?
Within 99minds, go to Integrations > Klaviyo. Click Manage.
Click on Enable besides Enable transactional emails to send transactional events from Klaviyo.
Log in to your Klaviyo dashboard to create a flow. To get started, click on Flows from the left navigation down menu.
Click Create Flow > Create from Scratch
Enter a name for the flow (eg., Gift Card Redeem) and click Create Flow
From the left menu options, select the Metric trigger. In the Flow Trigger options, select 99minds Giftcard Redeemed
Click Done
Next, select Email under Actions from the left navigation menu and drag it to the flow design area. Enter the Subject line and click Configure Content button.
Enter the sender name, sender email address, subject, preview text and click Save Changes
Select the email action box and disable the Smart Sending option (turn off the toggle). Learn more about Smart sending. Alternatively, you can setup the flow as Transactional flow
Next, you can choose to design your email content. Within the email content, you can add 99minds properties that include customer_name, card_number, original_value, currency, balance, expiration_date, company_name, store_name, giftcard_image_url, barcode_url.
In the email action box, click the drop down next to Draft and select Live. Click Save and Exit. The event is now created and enabled under Klaviyo.
Whenever a custom event (99mindsOrderPlaced) is sent via the Klaviyo API, the flow will be triggered and the email will be sent to the user.
