Customizing the Loyalty Widget on LiteSpeed X-Series

Updated over a week ago

This document provides step-by-step instructions on customizing the loyalty widget on the LiteSpeed X-Series using the 99Minds dashboard. Users will learn how to integrate the widget, configure options, and manage customer interactions for optimized sales processes.

Step 1

To begin, ensure you are logged into the 99Mind dashboard.

Step 2

Locate and click on the Integration tab in the left-side menu bar. Verify that LiteSpeed X-Series is installed in 99Minds through this tab.

Step 3

Click on Manage. If 99Minds LiteSpeed X-Series is already installed, proceed to check the Loyalty Widget Customization section.

Step 4

Enable the loyalty widget if it is currently disabled. A disabled widget will be indicated as such.

Step 5

Access the customization options of the loyalty widget, such as Show Coupons. Here, you can opt to hide or display various options.

Step 6

Adjust the settings based on your requirements. For this example, all options will be disabled initially, and each will be reviewed individually.

Step 7

The Show Coupons option displays the coupons available to customers on the widget. Enable this option.

Step 8

Label the coupon title prompt and configure the message to be shown on the widget. Next, explore the Loyalty Opt-In option and enable it.

Step 9

Similar to the coupon settings, title the loyalty prompt and create a message according to your preferences.

Step 10

The third option is Required Customers for the Sales. Ensure a customer is linked to every sale made via the point of sale. Enabling this option will trigger a Confirm or Skip pop-up on the widget.

Step 11

You can confirm or skip customer details. Label the title, message, and button for this prompt, and apply similar settings for Require Email for the Sales.

Step 12

The widget will display a prompt to collect email addresses for each sale. Titles like Enter the Email and Enter the Valid Email can be configured as needed.

Step 13

Enable the Require Phone Number for Sales option and label the prompt with titles such as Enter Phone Number and Enter Valid Phone Number.

Step 14

Configure the redemption flow for loyalty points on the widget. Title sections such as Rewards, Message, Redeem the Points, and Earn the Rewards. Choose between List and Fixed options.

Step 15

Under the List option, multiple customizations are possible. For example, 100 points could equate to a $10 reward, representing a fixed discount.

Step 16

If a user redeems 100 points on the loyalty widget, they receive 10 rewards. Configure similarly for products by entering the product ID.

Step 17

Access the LiteSpeed X-Series login and create a new sale.

Step 18

Add a product to the sale and associate a customer with the transaction.

Step 19

Add a customer, such as John Doe, to the sale.

Step 20

With prompts enabled in the 99Minds section, the widget will display Enter Phone Number. You can enter or skip this prompt. In this instance, the user has no coupons, so none are shown.

Step 21

Since the user has opted into loyalty, the opt-in prompt will not be visible. Verify the customer's status in 99Minds.

Step 22

This customer has a store credit of zero and 15 loyalty points.

Step 23

Check other customers for comparison.

Step 24

Here is a customer with a $12 coupon.

Step 25

Selecting this coupon box will apply the coupon as a $12 discount on the sale.

Step 26

In summary, the coupons and points can be effectively utilized through the loyalty widgets on the LiteSpeed X-Series. Thank you.
