How to Change VIP Tiers in 99minds

Step 1

To begin, ensure the customer is logged in and redirected to the dashboard screen. This is the starting point for setting up the workflow.

Navigate to the Workflow tab and click on All Workflows. Here, you will find various triggers available in 99Minds. We will start the setup from scratch.

In the advanced workflow section, locate the "Change in VIP Tier" trigger. This is among the multiple triggers provided by the system.

Select the "VIP Tier Change" trigger. This trigger activates the workflow when a customer's VIP tier is modified. Set the "VIP Tier Change" as your trigger.

Assign a store credit amount, such as $12, and save the workflow. Enter a title for this workflow, for instance, "VIP Tier Change Trigger."
