2. Access Dashboard and VIP Tier Section
Ensure you are logged in and redirected to the dashboard, where the left side menu includes the VIP tier section.
3. View All VIP Tiers
Click on the option to display all VIP tiers available for ranking.
4. Rank VIP Tiers Using Drag and Drop
Click on the rank area to reorder VIP tiers by dragging and dropping them into the desired positions.
5. Arrange Tiers by Rank Order
Drag and drop the tags to assign ranks, where 1 represents the lowest tier and higher numbers indicate higher ranks.
6. Add New Tier and Enable Protection
When adding a new tier, fill out the form, enable tier protection, assign a rank, and note that 1 is the lowest while higher numbers represent higher tiers.
7. Assign Ranking to New Tier
Provide the appropriate ranking for the new tier to position it correctly within the hierarchy.
8. Enable Tier Protection Options
Check the box to activate tier protection, choosing from options like years, days, weeks, or months to safeguard the tier.
9. Configure Tier Recalculation Settings
Use the tier recalculation option to determine when the tier ranking updates, such as only after the protection period expires.
10. Understand Tier Rotation Protection
The tier rotation remains protected for the set duration, for example one year, after which the tier changes according to the workflow.
11. Set Up Recalculation Workflow
Configure the recalculation workflow to override protection after a specified period, such as 99 months.
12. Create and Protect New Tiers
Create new tiers, assign rankings, and enable protection to prevent unwanted downgrades or upgrades.
