This article will explain the detailed steps to install and configure Lightspeed Retail (X-Series) within 99minds.
Within Lightspeed Retail (X-Series) -
Go to Catalogue > Gift Cards and turn on the toggle to Enable Gift Cards
Within 99minds -
Go to Integrations > Lightspeed Retail (X-Series). Click Connect.
On the Lightspeed Retail (X-Series) screen, sign in with your store name. Click Next.
Click Connect to connect 99minds with Lightspeed Retail (X-Series). This will allow 99minds to act as an administrator user, access and edit sales history, products, customers and users. Click Connect.
The app will be installed and the store is connected successfully to 99minds
On the Lightspeed Retail (X-Series) login screen, enter your credentials and click Sign In to log in to your Lightspeed Retail (X-Series) store
On the Lightspeed Retail (X-Series) Dashboard, make sure you disable the BigCommerce Gift Card feature from the BigCommerce integration. Go to Setup > Add-ons.
Click the pencil icon next to BigCommerce. Uncheck the check box under Redeem Gift Certificates In-Store.
Click Save
You have now successfully connected your Lightspeed Retail (X-Series) store to 99minds. Make sure to Enable the integration. Only when the integration is enabled, new gift cards can be purchased.
