Step 1: Go to the Bulk Issue Section
Log in to your 99minds dashboard.
In the left menu, click Gift Cards.
Click Issue Gift Cards.
Select the Bulk Issue option.
Step 2: Decide How You Want to Issue
You have two options:
Option A – One by One:
Enter each customer’s email and other details manually.
Option B – Bulk via CSV (recommended for many customers):
Use a CSV file to upload multiple customers at once.
The steps below focus on Option B (Bulk CSV).Step 3: Download the Sample CSV
On the Bulk Issue page, click Download Sample CSV.
Open the CSV file on your computer.
Step 4: Fill in Customer Information
In the CSV, fill in the required fields, typically:
Customer Name
Customer Email
Any other customer info requested in the file
Make sure the data format matches exactly as shown in the sample.
Save the CSV file once all customer details are added.
Step 5: Upload the CSV File
Go back to 99minds > Gift Cards > Issue Gift Cards > Bulk Issue.
Click Upload CSV (or similar button).
Select and upload the CSV file you just filled.
Step 6: Select the Campaign
If prompted for a Campaign Name, select your Shopify Campaign from the dropdown list.
Confirm that the correct campaign is selected for issuing the gift cards.
Step 7: Bulk Issue the Gift Cards
Review the summary (if shown) to ensure everything looks correct.
Click Bulk Issue (or Issue Gift Cards) to start the process.
The system will now issue gift cards to all customers listed in the CSV.
