Viewing the Coupon Details in 99minds

Once you have created a coupon rule and created the coupons within the coupon rule, customers can view the coupon details from the Coupons section in the Coupon Rules Details screen. To view the coupon details -

1. Navigate to Coupons > Coupon Rules section
   
2. Select the Coupon Rule from the list and click on the title
   
3. Click the Coupon Code under the Coupons section. The coupon details screen will display the following information -
   
1. Coupon Status (Active/Inactive)
   
2. Coupon ID
   
3. Customer to whom the coupon is linked (if the coupon was issued from the Customers screen by clicking Issue Coupon)
   
4. Option to Resend the email to the customer
   
5. Coupon Details indicating the redemption count, coupon status, whether coupon was imported or not, last transaction details
   
6. Coupon Rule information
   
7. List of transactions on the coupon - transaction type (Created/Issued/Redeemed), transaction id, transaction source (Dashboard/Web POS), customer details, client order id, date of the transaction
   

Viewing All Coupons Details

View Coupon Details

The All Coupons section (Coupons > All Coupons section) provides detailed information about all the coupons that have been created on the 99minds platform. The All Coupons section will provide the following information about the coupons - coupon title, coupon code, value of the coupon code, customer name and email id, number of times coupon has been redeemed, last performed transaction on the coupon, coupon active status, date when the coupon was created. Customers can also filter the records in the table by filtering on title/coupon code/value/customer details/start date/end date. Clicking on a coupon code will open the coupon code details section (explained above).
