Setting up Notifications in 99minds
Businesses can set up notifications (alerts) for specific events within the 99minds platform. To set up notifications, navigate to Settings > Notifications. Click Manage to setup notifications. In the Notifications screen, customers can set up notifications (specific email addresses) for the following scenarios -
- Low gift card notification - Notification is delivered when the inventory of manually uploaded gift cards falls below 25
- New order notification - Notification is delivered when a new gift card order is received
- Webhook failure notification - Notification is delivered when a webhook fails to deliver after 5 attempts
- Low coupon notification - Notification is delivered when the inventory of manually uploaded coupons falls below 25
- Giftcard Out Of Stock Notification - Notification is delivered when uploaded gift cards are out of stock
- Coupon Out Of Stock Notification - Notification is delivered when coupons are out of stock
Turn on the toggle against each of the above notification to activate the notification emails to the specified email address.
