Businesses can manage loyalty card information and view the details of the card such as balance, customer details, recent transaction details. Similar to store credits, businesses can manually issue loyalty points as a reward, refund or as an upselling marketing strategy.
Clicking on the loyalty card number will provide additional details like the last transaction information (ASSIGN, CREATION, RELOAD, REDEMPTION), card ID, customer ID, card balance, customer details, recent list of transactions on the card.
Issue Loyalty Points
Loyalty points are credited based on the workflow trigger and corresponding actions or through actions taken by the customer from the widget. In certain cases, loyalty points need to be manually issued to customers due to different business scenarios.
To issue loyalty points, go to Loyalty Points > All Loyalty Points. Click Issue Loyalty button. Select the customer to assign the loyalty points. Enter the number of points to be applied, loyalty points expiry date and time (if applicable), then click Issue Loyalty.
All Loyalty Card > Issue Loyalty Details Similar to store credit, loyalty points can also be issued via the Loyalty Card Details screen for a specific customer. In this case, select the card and click Issue Loyalty. Enter the credit amount to be applied, expiry details (if applicable) and click Issue Loyalty.
Issuing loyalty points will be recorded as a RELOAD transaction from the DASHBOARD screen. If points are issued from a WebPOS or POS, the transaction source will be recorded as API.
