The Billing section provides information about the invoices and payment details made by the customer using 99minds gift card platform. There are four pricing tiers in 99minds Gift Card platform - Lite, Basic, Pro and Premium. When you sign up for using the 99minds gift card platform, you will be on a Free Plan. In this plan, you can get started with using the gift card platform and start selling gift cards for free. However, you will not be able to perform certain specific operations such as issue store credits, issue gift cards, issue gift card promotions and discounts, schedule gift card delivery, customise emails and so on. Also, there will be a limit on the number of campaigns/users/integrations. You must upgrade to one of the available plans depending on the business requirement.
In order to perform an upgrade to a higher tier, you MUST have a Payment Method registered in the platform. The Billing Details section will allow you to add a payment method to the system. Once the payment is done, you can see the payment invoice under the Invoices section. The Previous Payments section will provide the list of payments made by the user over a period of time.
Follow the steps below to add the billing details to 99minds platform -
- Navigate to Settings > Billing. Click Manage to manage the payment methods and invoices.
- To add the billing details, under the Billing Details section -
- Name on card - Enter the name on the credit card
- Card number - Enter the credit card number, month and year of expiry and CVC code
- Click Save card details to save the details. Once you have saved the payment method, the Current Card Details section will display the payment method information. The name of the network payment processor and the last four digits of the card number will be displayed. When no payment method is added, you will see a message as "no payment method added".
