A: Yes, you can remove your default gift certificate page from the website. Go to Marketing > Gift Certificates section. Uncheck the Disable Gift Certificates checkbox and click Save.

Q: I have two pages/tabs/links for the Gift Certificate and Gift Card on the website?
A: You can remove the default Gift Certificate page. Go to Marketing > Gift Certificates section. Uncheck the Disable Gift Certificates checkbox and click Save.

Q: Can my Gift Cards be used in multiple stores?
A: Yes! Your gift cards can work in multiple stores. Please contact us if you are interested in this feature.

Q: Can I add more theme designs on the Gift Card page?
A: Yes, you can add more themes on the gift card page. In the 99minds gift card app, go to Gift Card Themes > Manage Themes. In this page, you can upload as many themes as you like.

Q: Can I have multiple Gift Card products or multiple product pages?
A: You can only create one Gift Card product. However, you can have as many themes and add as many images as you like to the pop-up.

Q: Can the “Send as a Gift” button appear on the collection page or on the product pop-up?
A: You cannot insert a button in the collection pages. It can only be done on product pages. So we recommend having a separate Gift Card page in your store’s main menu or product menu. This will also make it easier for your customers to find your Gift Card product.
