99minds & Retail Pro 9 Integration

Once you have generated the Retail Pro specific configuration and Credentials within 99minds, you can start to install and configure 99minds gift card platform within the Retail Pro 9 POS.

Installing 99minds Gift Card Platform within Retail Pro 9

  1. Download and install the 99minds Gift Card Setup Windows Installer Package file. You can download this installer from the Integrations > Retail Pro section within 99minds.
  2. Follow the steps to install the Gift Card platform into Retail Pro 9

Configuring 99minds Gift Card Platform within Retail Pro 9

  1. Log into Retail Pro with your credentials. Click Options > WS Preferences from the Dashboard screen.
  2. Select User Interface Plugins from the left navigation menu. Double click on 99minds Gift Card Configuration under the list of UI plugins (once you have completed installing the gift card configuration).
  3. In the API configuration pop-up screen, copy the following information from 99minds Integrations > Retail Pro 9 Manage screen
    1. Server URL
    2. Store ID (this value can be retrieved from 99minds under Settings > Stores)
    3. API Key
    4. Campaign ID
  4. Click Test to check the integration. Once the check is complete and successful, click Save to save the API configuration details.
