How to Create a Flow within Klaviyo to send Promotional Gift Cards?

1. Log in to your Klaviyo dashboard to create a flow. To get started, click on Flows from the left navigation down menu.
   
2. Click Create Flow > Create from Scratch
   
3. Enter a name for the flow (eg., Happy Birthday) and click Create Flow
   
4. From the left menu options, select the Metric trigger. In the Flow Trigger options, select 99minds Send Gift Card from the drop down.
   
5. Click Done
   
6. Next, select Email under Actions from the left navigation menu and drag it to the flow design area. Enter the Subject line and click Configure Content button.
   
7. Enter the sender name, sender email address, subject, preview text and click Save Changes
   
8. Select the email action box and disable the Smart Sending option (turn off the toggle)
   
9. Next, you can choose to design your email content. Within the email content, you can add 99minds properties that include customer_name, card_number, original_value, currency, balance, expiration_date, company_name, store_name, giftcard_image_url, barcode_url.
   
10. In the email action box, click the drop down next to Draft and select Live. Click Save and Exit. The event is now created and enabled under Klaviyo.
    

1. Go to Integrations > Klaviyo. Click Manage.
   
2. Under the Publish Email section, select the Klaviyo list (Send Gift) from the drop down
   
3. Next, select the 99minds campaign (make sure you have created a campaign. Follow the steps in this article to create a new campaign).
   
4. Enter the gift card amount
   
5. Click Send Gift Card to List Users
