99minds & Hike Integration - Sell and Redeem Gift Cards

Before performing the steps in this article, make sure you have installed and configured Hike.

Selling a gift card within Hike

  1. Go to Point of Sale > Process Sale. Click Gift Card.
  2. Enter the gift card number, amount, email and click Add to Cart. This will add the gift card to the sale.
  3. Continue to finish the sale as usual to complete the process. After the gift card has been created and loaded with the amount, the transaction details will be recorded under the Recent Transactions section in the 99minds Gift Card Details page

Redeeming a gift card within Hike

  1. To accept a gift card during the payment, make sure to select Gift Card as the payment type
  2. Enter the gift card number and click Charge
  3. Continue to finish the sale as usual. The amount will be deducted from the gift card for the order.
