1. Navigate to Gift Cards > Campaigns. Create a campaign (say, Heartland Retail Campaign).
   
2. Within the campaign, click Create Bulk Gift Cards
   
3. Enter the quantity of gift cards to be created and the denomination. Select Allow gift cards to be sold.
   
4. Click Create Gift Card
   
5. After the gift card has been loaded with the amount, the transaction details will be recorded under the Recent Transactions section in the Gift Card Details page

Redeeming 99minds Gift Card from Heartland Retail

1. Create a Sale and add the order items
2. In the Add Payment window, select Gift Card from the left navigation menu
   
3. Enter the gift card number and the amount
   
4. Click Add Payment. The gift card will be added as a payment option. 
5. Once the order is complete, the amount will be deducted from the gift card
   
   

   Adding Funds to a Gift Card

   1. Click on the Gift Card button on the navigation bar.

   2. Enter the gift card number in the highlighted field in the modal.

   3. Click the Continue button in the modal.

   4. Enter the amount to add to the gift card in the highlighted field.

   5. Click the Plus Add Funds button to add funds to the gift card.

   Completing a Transaction

   1. Click on the Tender button at the bottom of the screen.

   2. Select Cash as the payment method in the Add Payment modal.

   3. Enter the payment amount and click on Add Payment in the modal.

   4. Click on the Add Customer button in the navigation bar.

   5. Select a customer from the list by clicking on their name.

   6. Click the Complete button at the bottom of the screen to finalize the transaction.

   Initiating a Return Process

   1. Close the Print Error pop-up by clicking the X button in the top right corner.

   2. Select the Return option at the bottom of the screen to initiate a return process.

   3. Click the Find button in the form area to search for items to return.

   4. Select the item with the number 1000923 by clicking on it.

   5. Click the Add Selected Lines button to proceed with the return.

   6. Decrease the quantity of the selected item by clicking the Minus button in the QTY column.

   7. Increase the quantity of the selected item by clicking the Plus button in the QTY column.

   Applying Rewards

   1. Click on the Rewards button to view or apply rewards.

   2. Click on the Tender button to proceed with the payment.

   3. Select Gift Card as the payment method from the Add Payment modal.

   4. Enter the card number into the Card field in the modal.

   5. Click the Lookup button next to the Card field in the modal.

   6. Click the Add Payment button to proceed with the payment.

   7. Select Cash as the payment method from the list.

   8. Click on the Add Payment button to proceed with the payment.

   9. Select Cash as the payment method from the list.

   10. Click the Add Payment button in the modal.

   11. Click on the Complete button at the bottom of the page.

   12. Close the Print Error pop-up by clicking the X in the top right corner.

   13. Click on the Return button at the bottom of the page.
