99minds & Heartland Retail Integration
This article will explain the detailed steps to install and configure Heartland Retail within 99minds.
To ensure proper functionality of 99minds, it is necessary for your Heartland Retail Store to operate on the Professional Tier.
Within 99minds -
- Go to Integrations > Heartland Retail. Click Connect. In the permissions screen, click Allow.
- This will configure the Heartland Retail app within 99minds and change the button to Manage. Click Manage.
- Set the minimum store credit balance required to redeem store credits on the Heartland POS system. Click Update.
Within Heartland Retail -
- Once you have connected 99minds with Heartland Retail, the 99minds app will be listed under My Account > Applications in the Heartland Retail dashboard.
- Navigate to Payment Types > Gift Card. Toggle the Active button.
- In the Payment Processing section, select With Custom Webhooks from the dropdown under Process gift cards
Connect 99minds with HeartLand Retail
Make sure to Enable the integration. Only when the integration is enabled, new gift cards can be purchased.
