The Orders section provides information about all the gift card orders that have been fulfilled within the 99minds platform. Customers can view the detailed gift card order details and manage the information from this section. Navigate to the orders page by clicking Orders from the left navigation menu. The Orders page provides the following information - order id, client order id, customer details (customer name and email address), order total, gift card status, order source, date when gift card order was created.
Click the Order Id to view the order details. The Order Details page provides the order details and the gift card details. Customers have the option to resend the gift card order details to the customers on their email and update customer email details (if required). The gift cards section will display the list of gift cards purchased by the user, gift card details, quantity of gift cards purchased, total amount of the gift card. Clicking the gift card number will display the options for the customer to view and manage the gift card details.
